I love to randomly try anything that tickles my fancy but this stuff surprised me. I thought I'd I didn't like it I could always send it back out give it away. Within the first three days I was sold. My pores haven't looked this good since I was in my 20s/30s. I'm in my 50s now and I get compliments for looking younger (35). It's truly because if products like this that help me keep my skin looking it's best. I hate my textured skin, it's not that bad but not where I want it to be. This is a great product to use after I give myself a micodermabrasion treatment. As a cosmologist, I've always loved all things skin and the health of my face. Anything I can do to improve my routine for the better I'm willing to try. It works on my textured/combination type. Love it and I will purchase again.

I have oily skin so I wanted to try this toner to see if it would help with shininess on my face, especially in the T-zone. I use this in my morning skincare routine right after I wash my face, it does seem to make my face feel a bit more tight right after, it did also sting a bit, not sure if it's drying out my skin or what lol. After I put serum and sunscreen on, I don't notice the effects as much. I think using this product in conjunction with other oil controlling products will help your overall shininess throughout the day, not sure its effective just on its own or it may just be more subtle. I would never use this in the winter it's not hydrating at all but would be worth a try in the summer months if you have oily skin.

I have sensitive, combination skin (mostly dehydrated and dry with an oily T-zone) and get enlarged pores on my nose and cheek area. This does a good job shrinking my pores and leaves my face feeling clean without it feeling stripped, unlike a lot of other toners that leave my skin feeling irritated and dry. It also calmed my skin down. This toner has a mild, pleasant smell that fades quickly. The instructions say to shake the bottle before using to mix the Matcha powder up and you'll definitely want to do this as you can see the powder when it has settled to the bottom of the bottle.This toner says it has 830,000 ppm of Matcha and 50,000 ppm of natural BHA derived from Willow Bark extract. Willow Bark extract helps to exfoliate your skin, reduce excess oil, clear up your pores as well as keeping your skin hydrated. It is also is an antioxidant and good for soothing irritated skin. Since Matcha is high in antioxidants and Willow Bark (BHA) works to soothe skin, this gentle toner is not only a BHA, but also provides antioxidants to the skin.
