Got this to pair with my 7800X3d in a Fractal Terra case. A lot of reviews stated that this is one of the best cooler for the case. I assume that the cooling would be god tier, but in actual reality, you need to undervolt the CPU or any in that regards to get the best temps. Before under volting, I'd idle around the 70c, but after I'd hit around 60c.You can use their slim fan that came with it, but I opted for Noctua 25mm fan since I'm able to move the case.I should have gotten the RGB version since it was $5 cheaper. I suggest getting that if you plan on swapping out the fans anyways.

Well made and easy to install. Great choice if you have limited space in your case. Kept my Ryzen 7 9700X at about 80C will gaming which is acceptable, but not ideal for processor longevity. I would say this is great for mid-range spec processors and smaller gaming builds. If your case has enough room, do yourself a favor and get the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Pro or something similar. My gaming temperature is 10-15 C cooler with the Cooler Master compared with this.

I've been using this cooler now for over a year and I must say it is exactly what I needed to get the job done for my Meshlicious case. Even after upgrading from a 12400F to a 14700KF, it still can in some setting-configurations (mainly when I am doing significant undervolting) keep my 14700KF below 90C in temps on full load (Caveat: i have disabled all E-cores and am only using the P-cores). I am still optimizing my undervolt, though!Try this with some Arctic MX-6 thermal paste and a custom high-end fan like the Phantecks T30 or SuperFlower MegaCool (if your case has the extra space for it) for extra cooling capacity!

On the function bit, it functions great. In fact, it's performing very well and I have no issues or complaints about that. My only beef with it is the ease of installation which was non-existent. I can't believe how hard it was to get this thing to install because of the heat fins that were on my motherboard kept getting in the way and the size fit for this was supposed to be fine, even though PC part picker kind of led me astray by telling me in a small disclaimer that there might be fitment issues and I almost returned this. I bought it because it was one of the most popular aftermarket coolers on the market, so it seemed like it was the go-to one, but then when I saw how many Amazon returns were listed underneath it after I'd already purchased it, I started the bellyache and groan. Still, despite all the trial and tribulation of this entire most frustratingly piece of... Mmm. Hardware.... I got it installed. I don't know anything about noise level, I didn't hear anything but even if it sounds like a jet engine tearing up like it's about to take off, I'm willing to take it because at this point in time I just want my computer to stay cool.

This is cooling my stock 7800X3D in a Meshlicious case. I can fit my own Noctua 120mm fan on top and have just enough space to close the side panel. I'd have to move it to get to my RAM, but that comes with the Small Form Factor territory.

Love this cooler. It’s the biggest one that can fit on my mini ITX case. Has 5 pipes. The slim 15mm fan fits perfectly. If my case was a little wider I’d install a 25mm fan instead for better cooling. That would give me the equivalent cooling of a 6 pipe.

Assembly is a little tricky but it works very well. It's quiet and moves a lot of air. It comes with a small tube of thermal paste that you apply. It's designed to work with different sockets so you have to make sure you use the right parts. Because when you get to the end there is one screw that you can't see that you have to thread. If you used the wrong parts or placed it in the wrong way it will never thread. Just use the right parts and assemble it in the right way and you are fine!

Perfect cooler for the Fractal Terra. The fan is nice and includes rubber dampening on the corners (although I swapped it for a Noctua). Don't hesitate...get it!
