Bought this as I have a deviated nasal septum and was struggling to have a good night's sleep. I used to get a lot of headaches. Seen a massive improvement after using this product. Really good and quite comfortable to use. Stays in place through the night.It helps if you apply Vaseline on the product before use.

You have to have a very specific nose shape for these to work and if your issue is a narrow nasal root and bridge, then these will make your breathing worse. The product made me feel a constant need to sneeze and they blocked my nasal passage more than they dilated it.Happy for the people who find this product useful.

I would give this higher rating if they made an option with a dialater that has a longer U bend for people with larger/longer nasal septums! this does work as in it makes me breath better but it dont quite fit my nose and I would highly suggest getting the tester S/M pack as I thought I had a big nose but the small ones fit best and I was originally looking for Large ones and thankfully settled on this pack.I would love to try ones that have a longer U bend though to get the bleeding things higher up into my nostrils. If they did then they would maybe get 5 star rating. I would also suggest the sizes are for width of nose not length (big nose pwople but wide nose people!

Ive been using this nasal dilator for a few weeks, and overall, it’s a helpful tool for improving nighttime breathing. Uncomfortable, not a very good fit up the nose, they do help with the airways and i do breath better with them in, but having said that i struggle to get comfy and sleep. wouldnt recommend

They work!! My husband's snoring is much less whith these in place. I wear them too, it stops my sinuses from blocking in the night

I bought this to avoid disposable type. But this was not a brilliant product as I expected. From 4th day I have skin irritation and nose itching. Development of skin irritation. No clear instructions about the cleaning and maintenance of the product. And too expensive and YOU DON'T RETURN THE PRODUCT

They look good in the photo and I thought they looked a lot better than the standard, cheap nostril cones that I've been using for a few years to help alleviate the snoring (they work) but I was skeptical when I opened the box. They felt very flimsy. Great packaging, pretty colours, an update on the tried and tested etc., but no way they were going to be strong enough to keep my conk open for the night so I didnt even try them, thought I'd maybe send them back, genuinely unused ! and just buy some more nostril cones but what the heck, could I be bothered ? Couple of days later I thought, oh well, I might as well try them.And they're great. They work really well and are perfectly comfy, probably more so than the standard ones and I hope, will be much easier to keep clean as opposed to the standard ones that do, if I'm honest, look quite yucky after a bit (smoker and building trade) So yes, if you get to read this, it's a thumbs up from me. And you get a neat, small carry case for the washbag if we go away. I'm a man, 5'11, 11 stone, average size nose as far as I can see and the medium are fine for me. Just hoping I can get the wife to try the small ones as, you know, 60 now, still gorgeous of course but getting just a little bit more voluptuous after the Christmas chocolates...... so I'm the one reaching across and pinching HER nose a little more often these days. . . . Give them a try.
