I typically don't write reviews, but I'm so pleased with this purchase that I felt like sharing my thoughts. It's been a whole month since I started using this bike every single day, to the point where I've almost forgotten how to walk more than 100 meters!If you're a total newbie in the world of cycling but have a burning passion for it, this bike is an absolute gem. It's like an investment in your cycling education. You'll get to know every nook and cranny of a bicycle and learn how each part functions by fixing them. However, if you're not particularly gung-ho about cycling and just want a bike for a casual ride, this might not be your best bet.Let's break it down:Pros:Gear shifting is pretty awesome (as long as you do it right).The brakes work well, but you'll need to fine-tune them every now and then. That's where the learning comes in; you'll discover the ins and outs of your bike.It comes with an air pump and a functional bottle holder. Just make sure to grab a narrow bottle that slides in while you're on the move.Cons:The bike seat tends to move a bit on slight jerks. But hey, that's a lesson for you. Lift your weight from the saddle when you're on uneven terrain to save your back from unnecessary hits and pain. Or consider a bike with rear suspension if that's not your jam.The front suspension might jam if you neglect maintenance. It's not a fancy, high-end suspension that you can tinker with at home. As you can't open this suspension system and clean inside out without the proper tool, make sure to wipe the pipes off after every ride and before going on ride. If it gets jam, sure there are hacks you can find on youtube, but it will be quite easier to get your cycle to the mechanic.A small hiccup for me was a slightly bent front tire disc, but it was a minor issue I could fix myself. The company offered to help me with assembly and any problems, which was a pleasant experience. You can even call them for assistance if needed. I assembled the bike myself, so I can't vouch for how an engineer might do it.Just a few more things to keep in mind:This bike isn't meant for stunts.This is a normal MTB, not a trail bike. Jumping and extreme tricks are a no-go.Because of its weight, it takes some extra effort to bunny hop or wheelie (It comes with the label on frame, No stunt! that is there for the reason lol), but the brakes are reliable, so you can trust them(Stoppie, endo, skits and drifts works as they should).It can reach incredible speeds on downhill, but after one wild ride, both tires might wobble and if you keep doing it you will damage the hub surface which holds ball bearings(It's easy to replace balls but the surface where they roll gets damaged before the balls). So, it's not a speed demon. Keep it under 45km/hr if you want to avoid tire-fixing hassle.With my rough and tough usage, I haven't spotted any loose spokes, so the tires seem to be in good shape.In a nutshell, this bike is a great investment (Even though I feel like this cycle should be priced under 10k) for beginners eager to learn the ropes of cycling. Just remember, it's not built for extreme tricks or speed records. It's all about enjoying the ride and getting to know your bike inside out. Happy cycling!

The media could not be loaded. I have purchased this cycle in Jan 24 withing few month in April the gear box broken and company saying they can't repair. If I want to repair by them i have to pay 750rs part price and 800 tech visit charges. What is use of warranty. Seriously tech visit i have to pay?? This is something your mobile phone display damaged under warranty they charge you display+ display fixing charge as it was physical damage....1. From the beginning the tech who came to install the cycle was incompetent don't know the job properly.2. Gear automatically jumps while riding the cycle that has issue, since beginning.3. Many local fixed i.e. seat tightening, multiple time brake problems etc..were fixed locally with own cost.4. By look it may feel great but if you want to ride it's like so delicate that you can hold the cycle in hand and walk with it then ok. Otherwise no guarantee when it will brake.If anyone of you looking to buy cycle then go for known brands, like tata, relience, etc atleast they have some brands immage. These PPL don't care of that, once it sold they will give damm about your money for trust which you have given them.Better pay little extra and get good quality not like this piece of junk.

The delivery was before time, which was very pleasant. The service engineer assembled the cycle quickly. The rear mudguard's nut was missing. The Cult support politely requested to get the nut and bolts from the local cycle shop and share the bill of it to him for the reimbursement. Great professionalism!I have not used to cycle so far hence can’t review on the performance of the cycle now.Regarding the free dietician plan, I have found the Dietitian Ms. Arpita Ghosh to be extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and anything to do with health. I consult Arpita on all aspects of nutrition. She is very responsible over calls/chats. Answered all my questions to the point. Thanks to Arpita, who has made me realize my mistakes on few of my eating habits. Looking forward to getting best advice from her in next couple of months. I can only recommend Arpita!

This is my first cycle. I researched a lot before buying this product, and I am really satisfied with it. The cycle was assembled within 48 hours, and the installation and demo went perfectly fine. Cult Sports also provides a three-month diet and fitness plan from a certified dietician. Miss Neha has been appointed as my dietician, and she is incredibly knowledgeable. After understanding my daily routine, eating habits, and lifestyle, she suggested a few changes to my diet and also provided some suggestions on what I should add to my diet and which habits I should change. It was a really great experience, and I am looking forward to it.
