Great product and awesome customer service
These insoles are really good, thin enough for dress shoes, supportive and look great. And the company customer service is fantastic. I had to communicate with them for some questions and exchange and they were just great. Kudos to a great company!

comfort & support
I decided to try these for insole replacements on a walking shoe and a dress shoe for work - so far they feel great in both pairs. Much better than the ones that come in the original shoes. Look forward to improving my feet feeling better during the days and nights to come.

Not enough arch support
Cruv arch support is all over the place. This one is rated medium arch support. I don’t feel any support. Cruv doesn’t identify the height of arch support on this insole. I bought a Cruv high arch support…that one hurts the my arch. It’s arch height is identified as 1.18”. I looked at another Cruv listing…it identified an insole with a medium arch, but labelled the arch height as 1.18”. What gives?Heel is raised on this insole. Felt like I was always leaning forward. Heel cushioning feels unnatural.

Finally inserts that fit!
I tried 5 different inserts before I found these. From the normal grocery store brand to high end brands. I even used one of the supertech 3D foot analyzers that told me which insert to get and either my foot pain remained or got worse. That was until I tried the Cruvheal inserts. They fit my shoe perfectly without trimming and I knew immediately these were the ones! The good thing is, if they done work, the company will make it right even if you have trimmed them. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! And, they didn’t cost me an arm and a leg!

The "heel cup" may create a problem if you have a foot brace
The product looked to be very useful, except for two problems:1. I couldn't get my foot into my shoe because of the "heel cup" part of the insole, placed over or under my required foot brace.2. I'm unable to cut the support due to having advanced peripheral neuropathy and very little strength in my hands, legs and feet. I would like to return them. They have not been worn or modified in any way.

Heal pain worse
I purchased 2 pairs. The first week they were really nice, but after that they caused a lot of heal pain and fatigue. I work on my feet for 10 hour shifts. I thought maybe my feet need to get used to them and they'll be OK. But after 3+ months, my feet and heals are in so much pain. I thought maybe I should try my second pair, but they were not any better. I switched back to the old insoles that came with the shoe, and my heal pain went away. Don't waste your time or money on these.

Too flexible
Too flexible compared to previous ones. I need a more sturdier one. My feet hurt all day.
