Have only used T3 products since my hairdresser had one in like 2005. My old T3 dryer worked for 15 years but I sadly dropped it/broke it and I got this. I loved my other dryer, but this is the best dryer I’ve ever used. I tried and hated both the Dyson and the shark. This leaves smooth hair, no bumps or areas that need to be fixed with a flat iron. It doesn’t make you sweat after drying your hair for more than a few minutes. I’m incredibly happy with this 💗

I Don’t normally write reviews but I was so pleased with this hair dryer that I wanted to share it with you. I was skeptical at first. It seemed just too pricey, but it is by far the best hair dryer that I ever had. It transformed my hair into a healthy silky texture. I absolutely love it! Try it. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent settings! Would highly recommend. I have straight long blonde (colored hair) thinner. I like a hot settling on low so I don’t have to use straightener as often. Great quality for price.

Works great once you figure out the settingsA little on the larger side makes it a little awkward to hold

This my 3rd T3. I bought the micro as i wanted a smaller, lighter dryer. The other two I had for between 3-4 years before they just stopped working. This one I bought in May 2024, so still under warranty. Yesterday it worked fine but today, no matter what troubleshooting I do, I can't get it to work. Terrible timing too, as I had 3 dr appts today! The troubleshooting "tips" say to unscrew the filter cap...impossible as there is nothing to grip! I tried to call the support line and well, you better have a lot of time on your hands as I was on hold over 20 min. and I finally hung up. Either no staff or they are getting A LOT of calls. WHAT A WASTE OF $$$! If they can't resolve this ot replace it like the warranty says, then shame on them.BTW, I did get an email response...basically told me how to reset to factory settings, but that did not work. Light up but no action. Just want a replacement that IS NOT REFURBISHED!*****FOLLOW-UPI think my review finally got a reaction. They sent me an email, instruction me to cut the power cord and send a picture with other info and they would replace my hair dryer. BUT...while they did replace it, it was a refurbished model, same as I had. NOT A NEW ONE which I specifically requested. This will be my last T3 as I am not happy with their customer service and now their questionable product. The question is, why do you have refurbished models? Were there other returns that htye are just recycling?

Worth every penny! My hair has never looked better. Lightweight, fast drying and super cute.

I got this for my birthday in August 2023..I noticed it started "shorting out" (cutting out...coming back on) about a year after owning it. I loved how shiny and sleek this left my hair and being able to customize the settings. Then I started noticing my bangs were breaking off...thinking it was maybe getting my hair colored. Nope...cool button had stopped working and I was literally frying my hair but didn't know it. Also, the attachments don't stay on well either. Off to shop for a more reliable dryer....sigh..............
