Helps with milk production
I was breastfeeding for a few months before I stop however I was producing nearly nothing and these shakes really help. However, I was spending hundreds on dollars to help my milk production and I still wasn’t producing enough to exclusively breastfeed. Found out I had anemia and was advised that’s the reason I’m not producing enough milk. I really love the taste though. The mango really comes through.

Tastes like curry
As others have said, the taste and texture of this beverage are really off-putting. It's very thick, almost to the point where it feels like a concentrate, and the aftertaste has a strong savory flavor from the fenugreek. I thought it tasted like banana curry, which is as gross as it sounds. My husband didn't hate it quite as much as I did, but also didn't love it (certainly not enough to drink the rest of them). We had to throw it out.

Bad Purchase
Bad purchase. I bought these to help with my milk supply and because they sounded yummy. They tasted disgusting. I would not buy these again and I would not recommend them to others. Waste of money. Had to have a soda after every sip of this lactation drink because that’s how gross it tasted. It comes with 4 in a pack. I’m not sure what’s all in it that made it taste that disgusting but wow.

upset my stomach
The taste wasn't the best but also not the worst. Very similar to yogurt. Bought these for on the go but it upset my stomach. I will be throwing out 3 of the 4 bottles :(

These tasted delicious. I didn’t notice much of an increase but I only drank 4 in 4 days

It works
My supply was basically dried up and then I started these and within a few days of inconsistent pumping I got some amounts. Definitely would recommend.The flavor takes some getting used to but you’ll get past that in no time.

This taste to me like mango banana baby food. Not that bad. It’s definitely 100% better cold. If u want more of a smoothie feature add ice and blend!
