Powder is good. The can for the powder is designed poorly.the top of the actual container with the holes where the powder comes out is below the top of the can, leaving space between lid and the holes meaning if the can roles around or gets dropped. u get a ton of powder on top of the holes that will go everywhere. besides this its good,

I have very fine hair bob-length hair, but it is not thin. I have tried at least a 35 volumizing products over the years and while some work initially, the volume will not hold, even with firm hairspray. My only gripe with this powder is that it leaves the hair feeling greasy. However I tend to use it between washings and stylings, so I shampoo after using it once, and so it suits my needs. Its not a product I would use daily.

Bought this as an experiment for my husband, and it turns out he loves it. I liked the price tag and the (relatively) clean ingredients and lack of scent, which is hard to find in a styling powder. He likes the surprising ease of application and the way it doesn’t build up or make his hands sticky when he runs them through his hair later in the day. This powder also gives his fine (though thick) hair a ton of volume - almost too much - and great hold. We were both surprised by how well this product worked, and I think the small container will last quite a while. Definitely recommend.

Works great and I love the aluminum jar. No junk ingredients that SO MANY other competitors have. Worth the price 100%

I was hoping for a more heavy hold, but this one did nothing. So, if you are looking for no smell and light-weight hold, this is for you. I need something with much more hold.

Never going back to pomade

I have longer hair and this still works if I use some at the roots.To be honest it's a bit heavy and makes my hair feel almost tacky and greasy if I use too much. Doesn't LOOK greasy until the next day (and I shower every other day so yeah)But otherwise it's a decent product. It's a lot easier to wash out than many other products like it and like the title of my review says, it's easy to just shove your fingers in the roots of you hair and repoof it out.The hold isn't super intense but I think it's a good middle ground due to it's ease of washing out and the fact that it doesn't necessarily hold exactly the same way all night but can easily be restyled the same way for volume.

I find that there's two kinds of styling powders; the kind that's a bit drying and stiffening like a heavy dry shampoo, and then the kind that makes your hair feel dirty but lets it clump and shape however you put it.This is much more of the latter, so if you have thin hair, it gives you the greasy look. Sure, you can manipulate it into volume, but your hair still sticks together like it's wet to look more sparse than it really is.If you have THICK hair or a lot of it? This will totally give you that messy, toussled style! But it's not for anyone with thinner hair.
