Strong and firm
Great product and well designed. Used this as an anchor for a large children’s wooden swings and still holding nicely. Best to water the ground a little before drilling it into the mud and finish twisting it manually.

Not great in rocky soil but holds well when in
Worked once I managed to get it in the ground, my soil has a lot of flint in it so maybe a corkscrew type would have worked better

Great product
Excellent product, I used it to secure swing set in the garden. Highly recommend. Careful when drilling, and might need to drive the last few inches manually with the help of a bar or screw driver. Overall very happy with the product

Very strong but take care when installing them.
I bought these to secure a swing seat which was blown over twice in high winds. There haven't been any such winds since I installed them but they are very strong and secure and I am sure they will do the job well. One word of caution is that when using an electric drill to screw them into the ground be very careful and make sure you start slowly and have a very firm grip as the drill may spin and twist/injure your wrist, especially if the ground is hard or rocky. Also, when installing anything like this I always put a small amount of grease on the thread of the eye to make sure they are easy to undo, especially as they will be exposed to the outside elements.

Not as straightforward as advertised.
The issue with a lot of ground anchors are that they still depend on the ground they are going into. I found these went in so far and then just stopped. Initially they simply made a big hole. In the end, I preserved, I dug out some soil where they got stuck, I poured water into the hole to soften it up and I used a ratchet wrench instead of a drill, then filled the hole back in with the soil.I like the eyelet as it gives some finer adjustment on the height. The paint comes off easily at the edges.

Massive
Shocked at the size. Would not want to use without an impact driver but with one these are perfect. Bought to secure a camper awning. Great for grass, sand pitches, might not be so good on hard standing due to their size.
