Great product
The high power in charging in the battery and the high power in charging out my devices are exceptional. The display is very good and very helpful. I was surprised that it came with protective bag and a USB-C cable. It is a bit heavy but expected from a 20,000mAh power bank.

It was great while it lasted. Stopped working after a few months.Now getting a ‘short circuit protection has been activated’ please stop usingUpdate: The manufacturer reached out and offered a replacement or full refund. Defective and returned
I guess it's bad luck. When received, i pressed the button, nothing happened, i plugged my S24, same thing. I thought it needs charging, so i used my Anker Prime charger, it said needs 14m to 100%. Then i noticed the settings don't save(brightness, screen timeout) it didn't charge my Surface pro(65w) and went to 0% instantly, then tried to recharge again and got an error. I have returmed and will try to buy again. Disappointed.

The best heavy duty power bank that I have tried, so far!
Its a great heavy duty power bank and does is job as advertised and does it well.Looks and feels premium enough. The display is quite informative.I would have bumped it to 5 stars if the 100w charging base was part of the package, but sadly it wasnt (and disn't even seem to be available for purchase in UAE).PS - Ideally I wanted to buy their new 27000 mAh prime power bank with similar functionality and form factor, but sadly it wasn't available in UAE and I needed one in a crunch, so had to pick this up.
