I was thrilled to find this on Amazon. Not only does it not require a subscription but you get three in a package. It's the brushes with instructions and no worry about getting batteries I won't use (I use rechargeables). They're great if 'adult' brush heads are way too big for your mouth.

Fits perfect on the kids toothbrush and easy to change out. It’s nice to change and clean the connection between the brush head and the handle periodically.
