Plating Anode Nickel 1" X 6"

Good to do some nickel plating in the vinegar. Worked great. Dosent last long, I recommend buying thicker for bigger piece than a single bolt.

I bought this to do nickel plating using vinegar and salt as the electrolyte. It worked fine! I did notice flaking but it is not from nickel plating coming off. You can test it with a dremel. If sparks are peasant then it contains iron. This does not.

Great for plating small items.

I bought these mostly because I was interested in seeing how easy it is to nickel plate stuff at home. Happy to report it's surprisingly simple and this anode worked just fine. I would strongly recommend if looking to do this on any kind of scale, to purchase pure nickel from a metal supply shop as you'll get a much better price per ounce.
