This Powerextra battery is a direct replacement for the original battery on my Dyson. Cannot predict longevity but should do fine as it charged up pretty quickly. Would buy again.

Works well with the vacuum cleaner.

Brought my DC16 back from the dead.The battery charges as it should, and the DC16 works as expected.It is nice having the vacuum working again.

Replaced old with new. Old would not charge completly with green indicator. New one doe not either. Possibly the problem is with the indicator lights. Runs with new one but have used it much yet.

This is the second Powerextra battery I’ve owned, and while this one seems to work well, it isn’t quite as good as my previous battery. The fit isn’t quite as good (although it still works) and the color doesn’t match as well. Nonetheless this is a good option if you need a replacement battery.

Uncertain if this would be the appropriate battery for my portable Dyson, and it is! Fits well and easy to install.

Works well for the stated application in my 10 year-old Dyson DC-16. Charge time was longer than I expected but hopefully that bodes well for the claimed higher capacity, around double of my previous replacement battery pack. Dimensions are accurate and it clicks in and out of the vacuum perfectly. Too soon to comment on longevity but I'll report back should I encounter any issues.

The battery in my DC-16, as well as its replacement, was dying on me, so I received this one in the nick of time. It charges well, and allows for great suction in the vacuum, giving it new life. It has been recharged only twice since I received it, and continues to work well so far.If there are any changes to its behavior, I will report back, but I have used many Powerextra batteries before, and have had good luck with them, so I do not expect any issues.
