Bought this to help add some humidity to the air inside the house to rid the heater dryness.Tank capacity is huge which will help throught the week on reasonable setting of 40% humidity.It has three throughput settings: normal (all you need), then medium, and the third one is the beast mode and that is were the 15L tank makes sense.The material is high quality and does not have that notorious smell to it.The designe of the machine itself is great.Except for the extention tube which is requird and very practical but not beautiful. Hopefully they came up with a more asthetically pallatable designe for the tube without losing the practicality part of it.It has the UV option which I use to help with a smell I was getting when using tap water. Very smart.It also has the night mode where all the lights are turned off but the machines stays on. Very good for bedrooms.It is very quiet which enables me set it close to my bed and those extention tubes let that beautiful mist land exactly around my bed.It comes with a scent tray. It does not mix with water which helps it to stay contained.Very smart design.You will start seeing the mist within 3-5 seconds from the time you turn it on. Impressive.I don't find it to be a fire hazard, in my opinion, and I sleep with it on. I don't think it uses heat to create the mist.It come with option of humidi-meter to kick on if humidity level goes below whatever you set it to.Have had it for 3 weeks and till now and have not seen that it needs any kind of cleaning. And it is easy to clean if I have to.The product is worth $100-120, but bought for $140 after coupon. Hopefully mass production brings down to $80-100 range.Over all, my family and I are very happy satisfied with the product since we use it in the bedroom and have not tried it in an open space.Good product and definitely recommend it to those who suffere from congestion due to dry air.

All was good from December of 23 till the end of the dry season. It spent the summer stored in a closet after being cleaned and thanked for a good effort. This year after one month of service it just stopped. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend this thing. I suppose if I removed the top part it would make a nice self watering planter. There’s that. Maybe this company should make flower pots instead

So I really appreciated the size of the water tank and am putting in those drop in cleaners to help keep it from corroding. I just don't want to refill it every two days or so, and this is nice without being intrusive. I didn't seem to need the sprinkler stalk so I'm happy not to use it.The timer feature and 3 humidity settings were both super helpful. I would prefer that the readout be a little darker when not in use, since I tend to use it at night along with my space heater and prefer a dark room, the issue isn't serious though. Many thanks!

We bought this to have in our large open kitchen and living room area. It works great and seems to add plenty of moisture in the air even on the lowest setting. Occasionally, I will bump it up to the medium speed especially when using our wood stove for heat. Large capacity for water is great. No filling every 8 hours like the 1 gal models. On the lowest setting, only need to fill it up once every 2-3 days whereas the middle setting it’s about every 1.5 days. The overall design is good but the top flanges look rather cheap as it’s just pieces of PVC pipe. Doesn’t seem to match the quality of the rest of the product. Overall, good purchase.

Have only been using it for a day but so far so good. Seems built quite well, came well packed and with ok instructions. Requires a bit of assembly but requires no tools to do so. In addition to distributing mist it has a digital readout that displays RH % levels and room temperature. It runs very quietly.I like the design for my purposes which is to stabilize the humidity for stringed instruments in winter. The odd design element with the periscope style tubing is ugly (mine is kind of disguised) but is really excellent for directing the water vapor. I modified mine by using aluminum foil to plug two of the holes. Works great.If this holds up over time it will have proven it’s worth. Time will tell but so far so good. Thumbs up for this purchase.

I like the ability to fill from the top. We have forced air and in the winter it gets very dry. This unit was relatively inexpensive and has replaced the smaller table top unit we were using. Less refilling, humidity is easily maintained and the uv light is a great option to keep the water clean. I don’t mind the pvc “tree” that disperses the humidified air. It can be used without but I keep it attached. It has a remote and that is best used to put the unit in sleep mode (turns off the lighted display). It performs as expected, it’s slightly louder than our small unit but not loud enough to really be noticed.

The humidifier worked well for several months, then just stopped. There is no online support and no apparent way to contact this manufacturer. The unit was kept in one location and maintained as instructed. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this seller considering that they cannot be contacted for assistance.

I ran only distilled water though it and after about a year, the pump failed, so I thought.I contacted the company, they never responded.I removed the pump and tested it on a 12v power supply. Pump works fine, the board itself has failed.It worked wonderfully while it lasted, but a year isn't near long enough.
