Both my 9lb Yorkies fit in there without me opening the sides but once it’s open, it’s so spacious. I leave it out before our travel to get them used to it but the initial smell is horrible. There’s still some lingering on the inside but they don’t seem to mind. She randomly goes and lays in it. They even go play inside lol. So far the quality seems great, zipper hasn’t gotten stuck, not small but not huge either, thumbs up so me so far

Really nice. Unzips and was able to expand it under my plane seat for more room for my cat. I used the light once and it did actually recharge using my laptop usb. Not bad

When transporting your pets under 20 pounds by plane or in the car this travel carrier has some unique features that make it different from other carriers. The sides expand like a tent on either side to provide more space for my cat. When traveling to the vet or on the plane it is nice to be able to expand the travel carrier, so my kitten is more comfortable. This carrier also includes a rechargeable night light that I can use at night to see my pet and that allows my pet to see. I don't like cramming my pets into carriers so small they can barely move, or they can barely turn around. This gives me more piece of mind that my kitten is a more comfortable in a confined space during travel.
