These seasonings are an excellent way to bring on-trend seaweed flavours to dishes of all kinds. I particularly like the Fiery Sea Pepper which adds heat and other subtle flavours to almost anything. I've also tried the Seaweed Salt to season salmon before steaming and it worked a treat.
