Soo much steam
In some cases, I wish it can be Controlled because it is hard to use on the bed sheets because it is not hot enough, but in a general great product, also you need a lot of water, I mean really a lot of water for this mammoth of an iron.

Excellent iron
Liked the flexibility to iron any type of cloth without having to choose material type. Iron is heavy but that makes it so much better. Steam discharge is awesome. Only down side is we have to keep filling water.

Good as expected
Good smart iron. It takes a while to get used to it. The iron makes noise when it’s low on water, it’s ideal to put it on no-steam mode when water is low. Steam function works so well. Water spills when the iron is not well heated. Optimal temp is a cool feature but that also makes it hard for clothes to be totally wrinkle free. However Max mode works well on wrinkled cotton fabrics. The package was worn out and the black water cup was half broken when I received it hence 4 stars.

Excellent steam iron. Works as advertised.
Good steam iron. Intelligent setting facility, so no need to do manual setting. If any complaints, it would be that I need to frequently fill water for the steam filler, as it evaporates very fast.

Just OK, does not do the job as promised. Good for light ironing.
A little surprising to see so many Wow comments about this model. The iron is far from ideal ironing given it sits in a premium segment and its price tag. In simple words it does not do what it promises on its description and images. You can endlessly steam a wrinkled cotton shirt and it will not get anywhere close to being perfectly ironed. Works fine on simple to iron fabrics such as sy synthetics and silks. Forget about cotton , linen and bed sheets. My aunt has a cheaper version of Philips iron that she confirmed works way better then this one when she tried it.
