Product description If you have ever had a true traditional Valencian paella, you would have noticed it included both green beans and flat white beans. These white bean are known as "Garrofón". They are similar to "lima beans". This cloth sack contains 500g of Garrofón. Simply soak the beans overnight in cold water before use. Simply add them with you green beans after the sofrito is made just before the stock is added. The amount of beans to use is not critical but try basing it on around 10-20g of dried beans per person.
