It's super easy to install on ur own, it's 95% assembled.The treadmill is sturdy, sleek, supports good weight, convenient and compact. Easily foldable and storable. I use it while taking work meetings etc. it dsnt make much sound. It seems sturdy. Has bluetooth speaker, speed etc is good. Definitely fits my requirement.
