It’s lightweight, easy to hold, and definitely gets into those tight muscles.That said, it feels kind of weird to use. The rolling sensation is effective, but it’s not exactly what I expected. It’s a bit firm, and depending on how you use it, the pressure can be intense. Not painful, just...different.Overall, it’s a great tool for personal massage and recovery, but be ready for a unique experience when using it!
