Q: Return - need to return, broken. Original packaging means the box? Can’t plastic wrap.

Neither. Mine is teak and wood colored.

Yes, it is sturdy, as long as the tub tray fits your bath tub well. If you bump the tray, it can fall into the tub along with everything sitting on the tray.
