These are small head brushes. They took me a minute to get used to, as they are much smaller than the precious ones I had, but they are supposed to focus on reducing plaque, so I think that is why they are smaller. They do seem to get into the gum line quite well.

i love these brushes. i just want to leave Amazon a short note but can't find a way to do that, this is the first chance i've had to write something. The deliver was great! on time.i accidentally reported my item not received and then later found it. I just want to withdraw my report that i didn't receive it but can't find a place to do that. Mine was as usual a good experience, the toothbrushes last me a long time. they get my teeth clean and massage my gums. my teeth and gums are health , i've been using these a really long time

These work well! I found them to be a smaller brush head compared to the Phillips brand that I got from my dentist offices. Overall it gets the job done!
