Great option, excellent condition, but a used phone is not what I intended to buy.
This phone was in excellent condition, but I thought I was ordering a brand new phone. It wasn't until I got it that I realized that I inadvertently purchased a "used" phone. Did not use, and was able to return it and get a refund already! Thank you!

Turn off all of the apps you don't want running before you turn on the wi-fi.
It arrived yesterday and it works.Setting the phone up sucked. Switching my Tracfone number ect over was the easy part.Trying to bring over my Google stuff email ect was frustration. The frustration was exacerbated by the phone deciding I needed immediate updates and more apps. Games and garbage like that that I don't want or care to have eating my hard drive space. This was Windows 10 all over again. All of these built in apps crashed my router and throttled my bandwidth.I had no idea that would happen and that I had to go though the list of apps and manually disable them. So, Surprise! You have to turn them off because they're already on and running.I cannot express how much I disliked this experience.
