**Title: Disappointed with My Purchase – Faulty Keyboard and Terrible Customer Service**I recently purchased a keyboard from Amazon, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The keyboard arrived promptly, but as soon as I plugged it in, it didn’t work. I tried troubleshooting—checking the cables, reconnecting, testing on multiple devices—but nothing seemed to make it function.Naturally, I reached out to Amazon’s customer service, hoping to either replace the faulty product or get a refund and there is not option to replace or return the product. This left me in a terrible position, with a product I can’t use and no recourse to get my money back.I understand that sometimes products don’t work as expected, but the lack of support and flexibility in this situation is very disappointing. I’ve been a loyal Amazon customer for years, but this experience has made me reconsider purchasing electronics in the future.In short, I would not recommend this keyboard and mouse to anyone, especially given the lack of support when things go wrong. It’s not just the faulty product, but the poor customer service and inability to resolve issues that really let me down.

Looks ok, not premium though but acceptable for the price. The white part looks like a little cheap plastic but it's okay as it may have been made that way for the light to pass through it.The first keyboard received was defective as the backspace key and the tab key did not work on every click. The replacement keyboard is working ok till now. It has a key to turn the keyboard light on and off.

Quality of the product is very good and also it is working fine.

The media could not be loaded. The keyboard and mouse combo is awesome all the key and mouse are working well, but as soon as I unboxed the parcel there were 2 keys missing in this keyboard and the mouse RGB light is also lagging sometime overall the lagged RGB light looks cool, also the DPI button present on the mouse surface is not working I can't able to click or press that DPI button the mouse is quite cheap but the keybord is best overall 2 keys are missing 😭😢

I buyed this keyboard i think its a wonderfull product because its buget friendly and premium look its definitly good product

i had a descent experience with this keyboarad , i had problem with the mouse when i started to use it , on pressing left boutoon sometimes i used to get right clicked too even if i didn't press it .but it's okay didnt made a rpoblem . after 3 months of usage the "B" "N" and the arow keys stopped working , i won't recommend this to anyone . just a waste of money . Rather buy from a good brand . Aslo having double clicking issues after 5 months and the keybord disconnects every no and then and won't reconnect even after repluggi g multiple time.

Dpi button is not working and mouse looks cheap quality. Keyboard is ok. Weight of mouse is so light we can push by air 😂 . Only one RGB led is there which gives breathing effects for mouse but not with keyboard.Update after 2 mnths. Keyboard not working after 1-2 hours of connection. Have to disconnect n connect then it work for 2 min and same happen again n again.Don't buy this chinese cheap copy
