If, you winterize your RV the way I do, by blowing water out of the lines with compressed air, you will like this. For years I've been using a homemade adapter - MHT -> 1/8 NPT. That worked well, except that when a freeze was imminent, I could never find the thing because it was small and good at hiding. I'd always find it, AFTER I had run to the hardware store to get the bits to make up another one. Somewhere, I probably have three of them by now. This is big enough that I'll be able to see it in the bottom of my on-the-road toolbox. And, because there's a valve, I won't to endure a shower of cold wet mist when I remove the air hose. It comes with two hose fitting adapters, M & F, and a large amount of PTFE tape, since it's not final assembled, allowing you to make it your own. Maybe put a pressure gauge on it...

This makes winterizing your water lines so easy and simple. Much faster than trying to let them slowly drain, which always leaves some water in the line anyways. This does the job fast and its almost too easy. No excuse not to winterize your lines.
