Q: i get a double blue light when fist plugged in then nothing is it working?

I’ve had many of these plug ins & never had that happen. Try another outlet to make sure it’s not an outlet problem. If the plug in gets warm and you can smell the scent it’s working. I’d still be concerned about the blue light. You can always contact manufacturer, return or exchange
