Works to connect Beyerdynamic corded headphones to my iPad. Seems to produce good quality sound thru the connection.Adapter is made well & appears to be thick enough that I don't need to worry about it breaking/wearing at the ends. It's very short (maybe 3 inches long), so be sure that corded headphones are equipped with a long cord.Happy with both the affordability and quality of this adapter.

I can't wear ear pods, they fall out, especially if I'm jogging or running. I just got a new iPhone with the new plug, so I needed this adapter for my wired earphones. Works well.

This was the cheapest quality adapter I could find, and it works well on my iPad. It seems to power my headphones well and it sounds good in terms of quality. It works well on my Samsung phone too, but the produced volume is not as much as on iPad (I have to turn it up to max/near max to hear the audio well enough), likely due to only partial compatibility with Android devices. The other concern I have is that it twists due to the connected cable sometimes, and I worry it might malfunction due to the wear caused by twisting.
