Was a little tight at first but once I started moving around it got better. I used it while on the tread at the gym and my knee did really well! The last time I tried to run I was in so much pain! It helped!

These helped with my knee pain. However, after a while, it felt like my blood flow was being cut off. And before you side-eye me, I have really skinny legs and knees LOL Like, I feel like these are for a child’s knees.

Work better than expected. I was trying them out compared to other knew support and I was surprised. For me they didn't provide enough support while I was running, but the small size is great for wearing under pants etc when I needed extra support. On that note, don't wear them too long or you'll be sporting an indent for a while.

Notorious for tight hips, back pain and being I hired in general, this patella band made my knees feel like they were 20 again. Immediate support felt in my hip and glute… oddly but just showing the misalignment in my body. Who would’ve known a little band could make running feel better.

Unfortunately, this was a little bit of a disappointment. It was rough on the skin, more so the hair on my legs. It also picked up lint and everything else almost immediately. Good concept, just fell short.

Purchased for both of my kids who are multi sport athletes, snug fit, no complaints of "pinching" like other bands. Great product

You can get a thick rubber band to do what this thing does. Total waste of money.
