Q: Is this white dress see through

Not see through but clingy. The material is thick enough to cover the color of your undergarments but it does show outlines and shape. So I wear a smoothing skirt slip underneath and it’s perfect! If I didn’t I would make sure my undergarments were seamless and didn’t roll.

Q: This is US size or like chinese size?

I wear a US petite 12 or 14 and tried both the 2X and 3X so I would say the 2X was more like a US regular 10-12 and the 3X like a US12-14.

It is not what I would consider burgundy, but more a dark red. The picture is very accurate.

Q: Does the top have a cup? I'm small on top and prefer a longer legnth. If i order a size or 2 up, will the top swim on me?

It depends on your measurements. I ordered the small. I'm 5' 117 lbs, 34A, 27 waist. It was a little longer on me than I wanted but it fit great. It doesn't have any kind of padding in the chest area. I would not order a size up. You will swim in it.
