Very handy tool.
Reviewing the TC001 (Not the plus)Easy to use. Install the App and away you go.Pictures are clear and temperature appears to be accurate when tested against a temperature probe.Makes tracking down heat loss in areas a breeze! Also great for testing heating systems efficiency etc.My only criticism is that the USB-C connector could have been a tiny bit longer to allow you to use it in conjunction with a case.

Sensor appears
Works well for close objects but a picture from any distance more that 2 meters showing a wider scene and the sensor always shows "up" as warmer. So turn the camera upside down and then down is warmer (see pictures of the same room camera normal way up and inverted - this seems to imply that the thermal sensor doesn't work uniformly across its surface? Sending back for refund. Would have been happy to buy another in case it was just a faulty unit but amazon has increased the price by £60...........UPDATE: rather than send back to Amazon, got in touch with TOPDON EU who were very responsive and helpful with suggestions to sort. Decided it was faulty and they are going to replace unit. Fingers crossed no issues with this one.
