I have integrated this EMS muscle stimulator into my fitness routine and found it to be a very effective addition. With six modes and nine intensity levels, it allows me to target my abdominal, arm, leg, and hip muscles precisely. The adjustable strap and portable design make it convenient to use whether I’m at home or on the move. I have noticed reduced muscle soreness and improved toning after regular use, and the interface is simple to navigate. It feels like a supportive tool that enhances my overall workout without demanding extra effort.

Came with three controllers which was a great start. I’ve only used this on my abs and it leaves the muscles there more stimulated than my workout routines.I would definitely recommend starting at a lower setting and working your way up.Only used this for a week but I’m optimistic about long term results.Also curious about how long the adhesive will last (it came with about a dozen extra adhesive tabs).Update: adhesive became very weak after a week and would not stay on without being held in place. This would have been much better with Velcro straps or a buckle.Had to return for a refund which was disappointing as the belt worked quite well.

The stimulation feels strong but comfortable, making workouts more effective. It’s easy to use and perfect for busy days when I can’t hit the gym. After a few weeks, I already notice more muscle tone. A great investment for fitness and muscle strengthening. Highly recommend!

The mats are well positioned, and the extra side pads mean this provides a complete abs workout/adjustment. The pads are not a Gel Pad variety, which means you don't need to buy a replacement once they're worn out, and the rechargeable battery pack means there's no longer a need for expensive batteries. Everything you need comes in a box, including a very simple bag for storing everything. Try a healthy diet, which will make the ab belt show better results. Try to stay away from fast food/high-fat foods.

Flimsy, doesn't really stick down, can't even feel it so the intensity isn't there, it won't do anything as it's barely contracting (more like tickling) the muscles at all. I used to have a similar one that went around the waist with velcro and had 80 intensity settings, it actually stayed and helped me get abs, unfortunately it stopped working after 8 years of use and I can't find it again so I tried this. I feel as though I wasted my money.

Such a great product! Been using it for a few days now, it definitely feels like it's helping tone my abs! You can really feel it pulling your muscles and contracting them. I've been using setting 4 which is perfect for me or feels too intense. You get lots of replacement pads in the set too, which is great! Would highly recommend!
