I like that has strong pins made of titanium, and straight base.I had an exactly the same before but the turning mechanism broke after a few use, pins couldn't stay up. Hope this will not brake.I have been using it weekly for my face for about a year, but haven't seen much improvement in the wrinkles.

This is definitely better for promoting hair growth on the scalp compared to the derma roller by far - when used with Minidoxil & Topical Finasteride.It’s much easier to use and the needle adjustment settings are on tick.It’s great for the forehead and beard areas but would strongly recommend the derma roller for the more sensitive eye areas.Brilliant product and worthy of the 5 Stars!
