i bought this as an alternative to pre-workout (hear me out)I used to use a normal pre-workout with this beta alanine in it and tons of caffeine, but that absolutely trashed my resting heart rate and sleeping patterns. I bought this purposefully for its "itch" to give me that pseudo pre-pump, and it works for sure.Don't take this stuff on an empty stomach; it won't make you throw up like zinc on an empty stomach, but you will feel as if you've taken too much ibuprofen or Tylenol on an empty stomach, and just be uneasy. a rice crispy should do the trick right before the gym.

Products looks good so far. The shipping was a little bit slow, shipped date was changed from original. Delayed by about 2 days.

I love the pump I get from this. No smell and seems to be strong enough to help me when I’m tired and need a good wake up to lift. Unflavored is perfect bc it goes with whatever I put it with. It’s helped my energy in the gym for sure
