As per the amount of. Caffeine it has!It's not that good a pre workout as compared to Mr hyde or GAT NITRAFLEX!

I have ordered Dyno powder but received a piece of hard rock. Very old and stale product. The powder is become so hard that I had to eat it like a candy.I wish I could return this item.

This product I got I. Hard rock state . Is it helps full or not .

The flavors they offer are great and the value is also a plus not too high on price. What I noticed over the years is that after you start using these within a month youll noticed the powder starts turning to hard chunks where you have to break off and I think that's due to the cheap ingredients used in the product. Which in the past it would never do that to me. So I have decided to stop purchasing these for good and look for more quality pre work out.I have been training for over 7 years and the many prework outs I have used have never done this in the long term aspect. this is just my experience yours could be different.

Went against the other reviews and purchased. Opened the product and it was rock solid. Had to forceably pull the scoop out and then try to scrap some product out, when ended in dust. Needless to say, listen to the reviews sometimes. Product returned! I think these come from a hot warehouse or they are really old products selling for the same price as fresh. What a great boost in the gym. I mean i could really feel it.. The label says do not exceed one scoop per day which was a bit much for me I decided to reduced to a half a scoop per workout but besides that a tremendous product for a workout highly recommended 🔥🔥🔥

Either moisture got into this product or it was really old when it was shipped to us. When we opened it, the granules were stuck together and the product was unusable. The other flavor that we ordered at the same time had no problems. But opening the jar to this mess (shown in the photos) was extremely disappointing and frustrating.

This gives a good burst of energy for training but I was disappointed in the appearance of the product when I opened it - it was crumbly and sticking together. Wasn't worth returning but it definitely looked like it had been sitting on a shelf for some time and was old. We'll see how long it lasts in my kitchen cabinet.
