Great product!
I've used this B12- 2000 for years. Im 59 and was so depleted in B12 that it took me 6 tablets dissolved under my tongue through out one day to bring my level up. I knew when my body was restored because I get a feeling of happiness a easy feeling. I now disolve 2 a day sometimes 3 if really busy to keep my levels up.Do you know B12 helps with digestion and helps tremendously with depression and fatigue. That's why back in the day when people would go into the doctor once a month to receive their B12 shot they would say " I'm going in to see doctor " feel good". And everyone knew it was their B12 shot time. 😊 Please read up and Always let it dissolve slowly under your tongue, this makes a huge difference. Enjoy the vitality you deserve!
