Original review at purchase: Functions well and has a great feel in hand. One drawback so far is no case available to protect it. Like many phones it is easy to drop, and the end to end coverage of screen glass could easily be damaged with no cases being available for protection.Update: 1/29/2019. Well, they now have a case to fit the phone. But too late for mine. I may buy another replacement for mine. No case was available when I first purchased. It is a good phone for basic use, with light games and such. Graphic heavy games may not work well, but remember it is a budget phone.

Since this model is new I was a little wary BUT this is a whole lot of phone for very little $$$. Even better with the latest version of Android. This is a deal!!

Phone was delivered on 1 December 2018. It took 3 days of being turned on with my T-Mobile chip inserted for it to begin to use T-Mobile data. T-Mobile wouldn't assist in trouble shooting as it is an unknown brand to them. They wouldn't even talk to me about the settings of the phone. Now it is February and the phone bricked itself..... Just a black screen, won't charge, won't power on. Even when it did power on it was laggy, and wouldn't play most games. Phone calls were okay. That's about it. If you want a smart phone that you can't use any of the features besides phone calls. This is for you! Oh read the manufacturers warranty. 14 days, after that you have to take it to an authorized service dealer near you. Don't have one? Too bad for you!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK!

I'VE ONLY HAD THIS PHONE A FEW MONTHS, AND I'VE HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS WITH IT THAT I'M NEVER RECOMMENDED ANY PHONE BY THIS COMPANY. HELL, I CAN'T EVEN USE IT ANYMORE. IT'S OF POOR QUALITY, IS NOT SUPPORTED BY THE MANUFACTURER, AND HAS SO MANY ISSUES THAT IT'S NOT WORTH THE MONEY, EVEN IF IT WAS FREE! I HAVE A SIMPLE PROGRAM I WROTE TO KEEP AN EYE ON THE BATTERY TEMP, AND EVERY TIME THE BATTERY TEMP EXCEEDS 100 DEGREES F, IT CRASHES, FREEZES APPS, OR SHUTS DOWN APPS OPERATING. AS FAR AS I'M NOW CONCERNED, IF IT ISN'T AN IPHONE OR SAMSUNG, DO NOT BUY THAT PHONE! PAY MORE AND GET A QUALITY PHONE THAT'S SUPPORTED, NOT AN IMPORTED PIECE OF TRASH, WHICH THIS PHONE IS!

The was received, charged and once I turned the screen on there was a defect. A thick line across the left side of the screen causing difficulty in viewing anything. This phone was returned with the possibility of receiving another one, which took 3 weeks. Since that time, we have obtained another phone (SAMSUNG) and returned BOTH PHONES on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 and would like a complete full refund of the phone and the 2 year warranty fee. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

I thought this phone would be cool because it could read my fingerprint to unlock the phone. The problem with this is that it constantly reading for a print of some sort, so when I pull it out of my pocket and go to place my finger on the reader it always says I have exceeded the amount of tries and I have to put my pin in. This is very irritating because I literally just pulled it from my pocket and put my finger on it for the first time in hours, so that means it had been reading my pocket touching the reader constantly. This also happens constantly when trying to watch YouTube, if your hand or finger bumps the reader it will pause the YouTube show. Also the design of this phone must have been designed for a man or someone of a very large hand because the reader is sitting so high up on the phone as a woman my hand is too small and my finger does not reach the reader naturally, by holding the phone with one hand properly. I sometimes have to flip the phone around to place my finger on the reader just so that it would read properly because for some reason stretching my finger to hit the reader seems to not be able to read properly and tells me that my finger has already been registered instead of just unlocking the phone. The battery life does not last 8 hours I hit 20% after 5 hours of constant use. when the phone is in my purse or in my pocket and not being used for 8 hours I pull it out it's at 50% of non-use hours so that means this phone is constantly using battery when I'm not using the phone. I feel that the speed of this phone sucks, I am constantly waiting for an app to load or for the internet to load properly, itcan take several minutes to load something, and it's not my Wi-Fi and it's not my internet connection or the mobile company I run through because my old phones run faster than this one and I have kept every phone that I've ever had only because I like to use them for holding other apps that I like using, I know one phone can't hold every app that I like. the only reason I switched to this phone was because my old phone was no longer holding charge. Would I buy this phone again, no.

I bought the phone for my son for a Christmas gift and he loves it. He doesn't have any issues with the phone. Great phone for teens. Only bummer part is it is hard to find a case. After searching for about 2 weeks I finally found one. So they do sell them you just have to look. Amazon started selling the case on the 4th of this month. Total score!

I purchased this phone on February 8, 2019. Since then I have contacted support multiple times and their support is sub par. They do not provide solutions, they always provide work arounds.If you use Windows 7 it will install the wrong driver and then will not charge. Support said they were not going to update the driver with Microsoft.The camera has an issue with auto focus. It does not work with several apps. This is sad since the specs for the camera are good.Tethering works but you have to toggle it on and off to keep it working. It gets slower and slower the longer you have it active.If you are going to invest in a phone then you want a company that is going to be proactive and take action when issues are brought to their attention. NUU is not that company.
