Really handy for use when changing cables on a bike with internal cabling; use as a guide. Just Big enough to get the inner wires to run through.Turned a 2 hour mess about into a five minute job!

This tube makes the replacement of internal cables much easier - as long as you stick the tubes firmly to the frame where they exit. Basically then thread the cables though the tube and, in my case, remove the tubes before finishing the job.
