Bezwecken products are expensive but they sure do work. This is easy to apply.

These creme works well. I have repurchased it several times. I will probably continue to buy it.

It's hard to find a product with these ingredients. I use it once a day for about three weeks out of the month.

I'm 54 and have been using this product off and on for 3 years. A little bit goes a long way to stop vaginal atrophy and hot flashes. I started by using about 1/16 teaspoon 2x day, but found that I needed more as time went on until I was using a full pump 2x day, and my symptoms of insomnia and muscle/joint pain, water retention returned. I recently saw a hormone specialist and found out that I wasn't absorbing the progesterone anymore. Progesterone is what helps you sleep and relaxes muscles. I was also getting way too much estrogen with the recommended dosage of this cream, which could lead to cancer, especially since I wasn't absorbing the progesterone! Most women don't know that most prescription HRT therapies are now bioidentical and safe to use. As soon as I stopped using this cream and started using a low dose of oral progesterone/estradiol patches, my water retention disappeared and I slept through the night for the first time in months! So, I would recommend using this cream if you want to experiment, or can't get prescription HRT, but I don't recommend using long term, and don't be fooled into thinking this is more natural than prescription HRT.

Before I give my personal review how this has changed my life, I NEED to address fellow women who are also using this to help/stop vaginal atrophy. It says right on the bottle to only use it on the OUTER labia. It doesn't go anywhere between your inner lips or inside your vagina. You're introducing something inside your vagina which isn't made for internal use. Use it on the OUTER labia. I apply it on the outside and top of my outer labia and it's brought my severe burning pain of intercourse down from a 13/10 to a 3/10.My review: I use this for intense life ending hot flashes and freezing plus vaginal atrophy. I rub some on my inner arms (switching up where I daily apply it) for hot flash relief and I use some on my outer labia to help keep the pain of atrophy away. This stuff is a godsend. I tried the other usual stuff like Estroven, etc and it made my severe hot flashes and freezing 20 times worse. I was at wits end, then I tried this and wow!!Someday if I ever get medical insurance and can get a hormone test once I actually get a doctor, then maybe I can get on actual hormones. But yes, my hot flashes were so bad I was getting them on the hour almost, I'd be in my 60 Deg Fahrenheit home burning up or I'd be at my factory that's 110 Deg Fahrenheit. I'd need to wear a thick hoodie once the hot flash passed while at work since i would freeze so brutally. 110 Deg factory and I'm shivering hard in a thick winter hoodie for a good 30 - 40 min to warm up. Then I'd get another brutal hot flash. I was this close to sayonara. Seriously. It was round the clock. Nothing helped. At all. But Bezwecken has saved my sanity, my sleep and my life. Literally. Saved my life.

I thought I'd try this. The pain, burning, and itching were terrible. I only used it once and now days later - it's still bad. Returning.I've come to the conclusion, unfortunately, that I'm unable to use Bezwecken hormone products. My side effects have been pure misery. Each time I try I end up with a yeast infection, which is extremely rare for me. For some reason, these hormones trigger severe anxiety and heart palpitations. While they do seem to help with painful sex, the side effects are unbearable.

This cream has saved my life, my sanity, and (hopefully) my marriage. I was starting to go nuts with menopause side effects. What almost pushed me over the edge and into hospital was a terrible burning bladder sensation akin to the kind of feeling one gets with the worst possible bladder infection. It was so bad and so intense, I thought I had developed bladder cancer. Then I figured out that it was timed with my periods that were not coming through because of the lack of estrogen. After reading on a blog site the saga of other menopausal women with the same issue, my husband sourced this cream and I decided to try it. I apply a small regular amount every day in the morning and, sometimes, if the menopause symptoms are bad, I apply a little before I go to bed at night. I am careful not to use too much. This keeps the regular symptoms of menopause at bay. I know that I have forgotten an application when the hot flashes return and my mood changes. Every 3 weeks or so, when the awful bladder burning symptoms start to arise, I increase the dosage to 3 times a day. Voilà I am able to control the intensity of the sensation, which passes within a day. I no longer have to spend 24 hrs in the washroom in agony and MOST AMAZING OF ALL: it has re-triggered my periods! Now because of the cream the sensation subsides and I get a regular period and then my body goes back into its regular cycle all over again. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this but all I can say is that this cream is miraculous! It saves me from terrible bladder agony every 3 weeks or so, reduces other awful menopause side effects, such as the hot flashes, back itching, and has even resolved a very stiff neck issue that I was suffering from for more than a year. And, best of all, it keeps me young for a little longer by helping to trigger my periods every month. This is why I say it has turned my life around.(I don't leave reviews often but I wanted to leave this to help other women who may be in the same position. Btw, I use it topically more around my abdominal area rather than vaginally, as I found it was causing some irritation in those nether parts. It works great topically)
