Great for soup
I loved how big they are. made a great addition to my soup.

Not worth the $$
Beets were very small, actually about the size in the picture (golf ball size). But that's not the problem one bunch is literally four (4) beets. Therefore you get two bunches or (8) beets for $16. It is a rip-off I can't believe Amazon supports this product.
