A Quality Appliance Fairly Priced
I'm somewhat amazed at the number of reviews panning this device because it didn't provide a miraculous cure to whatever ails them. It an APPLIANCE for crying out loud! Any palliative effect it might have on your particular ailment is a conversation to be had with a Podiatrist. As far as medical appliances go, this one is fairly standard. It's well made silicone with good flexibility and cushion as opposed to the hard rubber variety. And it's fairly priced. What's not to like? Personally, I would prefer no sticky film, or a separate piece of double sided tape letting me decide how to install the adhesive. I typically use these under the footbed of my shoes with the tapered side facing down to bridge the seam between the midsole and upper.I used to buy these at a ski shop because they were impossible to find anywhere. Frankly, I give them 5 stars just for showing up!

Comfortable and sturdy
These seemed to help my daughters flat feet. She said they are comfortable and are easy to slip inside shoes or sneakers

Good insolves, but you need heavy duty double stick tape to keep in place
Good insoles but they will move around unless you buy some heavy duty double stick tape to keep them in place.

So Far So Good!
So I've dealt with supination of my right foot most of my adult life. Other than wearing out my shoes in an annoying pattern it really didn't start bothering me until recently. Maybe it's all the years I've had it that are finally starting to catch up with me. My feet lately have more pain that tends to travel from my ankles to my knees and to my back and because of that I decided to give these heel wedges a shot at helping with some relief. I'll be honest and say that I really didn't expect much from these things, but to my pleasant surprise they work as they were intended. I really notice how they force my ankle to pronate as I walk and that has resulted in less pain from my foot on upward. I hope this lasts and if so I'll most likely order some more to add to my other shoes. On top of that they also help my shoes from wearing out in that funny looking pattern! I usually pull the insole of my shoe off so that I can discreetly insert the heel wedge and cover it back up with the insole so that no one is none the wiser! It's just a personal preference. You can also place the heel wedge on top of the insole and keep it in place by removing the sticky film. I would give these a shot if you're dealing with pronation or supination seeing as how these might help in offering some relief in any discomfort you might be having due to said condition. Good luck out there!

Easy fix for over-supination
I just received these heel wedges today and immediately put them in my shoes. they were easy to install in my shoes and are comfortable to wear. And even just walking around in them for today I have noticed a huge improvement in my over-supination problem. Which really helps with my existing spinal arthritis! I have been looking for new shoes for months to correct my supination problem. Over-supination causes so many issues with my knees, ankles, and back. And based on how well they are working so far, even in my old shoes (new ones on order) I believe that this is going to be my major problem solver here!I currently am using them above the insoles of my old shoes. But I have read reviews that sing the praises of installation BELOW the insoles... Which I will do once I receive my new shoes in a week or so. Then I will update my review with photos and how it works under the insoles as well. I am using them in tennis shoes, but they could easily be installed in really any shoe honestly. So far, incredibly helpful for pain relief and overall alignment of my posture! This is a super easy fix for a really painful and constant problem.

Perfect for me
If your ankles have a tendency to bend suppine rather than pronate, don't let the lack of suppine-specific insoles available on the market frustrate you. Wedge inserts are just what you need. (They're cheaper and versatile too).I have plantar fasciitis and suppine ankles. I have pretty low arches and feet a little on the wider side. I have chronic pain, mainly from the sponsylosis in my lower back but also in my tailbone and hips as well. My hips and knees dislocate easily, too--really, I was just born unfinished lol.Shopping for shoes used to be impossible, standing and walking for short amounts of time makes my pain much worse and triggers a sciatica flareup. I had no idea getting something like these would be such a game changer. Ordering my second set now. :) They don't give me perfect pain relief but they really do help me to be on my feet more with less punishment afterwards, and to me that's priceless. Also, I haven't tried the adhesive for these inserts yet. I just keep them placed underneath the insoles (the ones that came with my shoes) and it's been just fine for me.

Lousy stickum
These did arrive quickly and are pretty much as described except for the sticky side didn't stay stuck for more than half a day. I tried some double sided tape but that just created an uncomfortable lump in my shoes. These gels are a very comfortable and would be wonderful if they changed the stickum. Not recommended.
