Firm but comfortable...

Foot missing off frame
Was wrapped awfully, like bandaged up in paper and foot missing from the frame. Very disappointed

Missing screws
Great quality end product but 4 missing screws also wrapped in baby Disney birthday tissue which I found odd for a new product. Possibly returned by someone and re sold.
