Our Whirlpool dryer would spin but wouldn't heat. I looked online for OEM parts which could fix this. They were sold separately and cost about 5 times more than this kit. The kit came with all of the 3 possible parts that would cause the dryer to not heat. I started with the easiest (the fuse) which didn't fix it. Moved on to the thermostat (0 for 2), then finished with the heating element. Voila, we have heat. The complete install took me less than 45minutes and that included watching the youtube video that I googled. I highly recommend that step. If I had to do it again it would take less than 10 minutes. I probably saved about 200 bucks vs calling someone or a lot more for a new dryer so all good!

This is the 3rd time this has saved me from buying a new dryer because it was struck by lightning. At this point i will just buy 2 extra ones and keep them on hand. Florida is the lightning capital of the world so I'm sure i will be buying this again.

I was without my dryer for almost two month. I am a widow and not dating anyone. I ordered the thermo fuse and the piece next to it first and that didn't work. I watched a few Youtube videos and decided to try to remove the heating element and lo and behold it was damaged. I got this part and tried it. there was some red wire that was not with my current unit. I put it together, ran the dryer and still no heat. I decided to read the instructions again regarding that red wire. I figured out where to put that red wire and LO and BEHOLD.. IT WORKS! PRAISE GOD I'M BACK IN BUSINESS.

Purchaced after getting an awnser from the seller claiming kit was compatible with kenmore model 110 88752792 dryer however houseing of heating element was slightly bigger then my dryers but was qble to make it work. Fuse was withing spec. However both thermostats in kit were not compatible with my dryer.All that being said it got my dryer up and running so money well spent

This kit is exactly what most people will need when a dryer will not heat. The parts included are of top quality and packaged nicely. I have been working on my own appliances for years and now have some extras for the normal wear parts that fail, so when they fail in the future, I will have the most common parts to replace in 15 minutes. Also the kit I bought last year with identical parts cost twice as much. I pays to go back a few page when searching. I will order this kit again from you. Thanks so much!

My dryer stopped producing heat. It was going to be at least $200 for the repair tech to come out. I bought this because it came with extra parts (which is a great and added value). I ended up using all the parts because the area to replace them is in the same spot. "If you can use a screw driver you can repair your washer and dryer". That's my new motto. It's super simple. Get this and get your appliances working and save yourself some money just like I did.

The dryer was not heating up to par before this heating unit was installed. The dryer is working much better now. Clothes are drying quicker.
