MUST HAVE ! POSITIVE REVIEW
The chairs are GORGEOUS, comfortable and sturdy! I've had these for several months now and just got around to leaving a review. They are still in great condition and lightly used in my home office. Easy to clean and gives support for lengthy periods. It's perfect as guest chairs for any environment. I got the white ones to suit my esthetic. Overall very good purchase for a great price.

DONT PAY ANY ATTENTION TO THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!
ATTENTION! Do not pay any attention to the negative reviews on these chairs. They are obviously from people who have absolutely no skill when putting something together. Not sure how anyone is missing parts. All the parts come in a sealed package.First off, these chairs are excellent quality and the price is phenomenal. I shopped for 2 weeks to find the perfect chairs for my showroom. Out of all the chairs I researched (online or in person) these chairs were not only the most comfortable, but the most affordable. Guest chairs are NOT cheap and I came so close to not buying these because of all these invalid negative reviews.Tips: Use 2 people (it's much easier). VERY IMPORTANT: When you receive your chair lay everything out and dry fit everything together. Once you are ready to put the bolts in go ahead and hand thread ALL bolts in to the chair. DO NOT TIGHTEN ALL THE WAY. Once all bolts are hand threaded go ahead and shift the chair around until everything lines up perfectly. Then, tighten each bolt slowly and rotate to another bolt. DO NOT TIGHTEN ONE BOLT ALL THE WAY. Tighten one bolt a little bit, then go to another bolt, then to another bolt until you have all the bolts snug. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN. Just snug the bolts. If you over tighten you will bend the metal and the chair will not sit straight.I never write reviews, but I am so happy with these chairs I just had to let everyone know. If you follow my directions you will be nothing but satisfied with your purchase. Not to mention you have Amazon.com that will always back you in you purchases. Don't hesitate. BUY THEM! I bought 4 and couldn't be happier.

These chairs are excellent and look very nice!
I bought 6 of these chairs - 2 at a time just because of budget. The first 2 I wanted to test and see how they were and with assembly, etc.. The last 4 I still bought 2 at a time just because of budget and employee needs. The negative reviews are pretty unjustified. While the instructions are not the greatest, some of the other reviews have stated that you should not tighten the screws until you have all 8 screws in place (4 screws for the seat cushion and 4 screws for the back cusion). This is the key to setting up these chairs. I tried to tighten the screws on the seat cushion first and then realized I had to start over and untighten the screws. You cannot tighten the seat cushion without placing the back cushion on and putting those screws in. By tightening the seat cushions it makes it impossible to align the back cushion properly. Once all 8 screws are loosely in, that's when you can go back and tighten each one. I would tighten one screw just a little, then switch to another screw, etc... Then do one final tightening at the end once I felt good the screws were all in place well. I put together 8 chairs. Except for the mistake of tightening the seat cushion first, each chair took about 20 minutes. If you have someone with you it helps because they can help you unpackage the pieces and hand you the items you need while your underneath the seat cushion on the floor tightening screws. Not required to have 2 people put the chair together, but it will speed things up. I love these chairs and for the price I get the best compliments.

Comfortable
Purchased 4 of these, assembly was fairly easy (leave screws lose until completely assembled then tighten all screw together). Chairs are very comfortable, nice looking, well made. Seat height to arm rest is just right.

Good quality
Chairs were great and easy to put together! Loved the finished looked. Much more sturdier than expected. I got a great price for 2.

**If you read no other review, at least read this one. Easiest assembly instructions inside**
This is the easiest way to assemble, and will save you time and frustration. So I ordered 7 of these chairs for our office. They arrive in a cardboard box that contains essentially the following:Left side frame piece, right side frame piece, two bent tubes that connect that frame sides, a seat cushion, a back cushion, and all hardware needed for assembly.Remove the wrap from all pieces. If you look at the picture, you can see which is left and which is right. Now lay the left side piece as if there chair is facing up from the floor (see pics).Take a screw and a washer (remember washer goes against screw, not behind rail). Insert the tube (with curve towards the bottom of the chair), top and bottom. Slide the screw/washer thru each one.Now take the seat cushion (notice on back is says 'front' for proper orientation), and line up the screw holes. Push the screw into the correct hole until it sort-of feels seated, than screw 3 or 4 turns. Next do the bottom one. Same thing, do not tighten, just make sure you get it so that it is correctly screwing in. Some will feel easy, some very tight, but you'll get the hang of it. The seat cushion screws are far easier to align than what we're about to do.Now do the right side, again, only turning about 3 or 4 turns. Now sit the chair up, and slide the back cushion (zipper side down).Starting on left side, repeat screw/washer procedure. Dont pay much attention to how 'straight' it appears as once you feel it 'seat' into the female side, you can screw it in. Do both left sides, then repeat for right side. It makes it easier when you push the cushion towards the frame. After all 4 back screws are loosely in, flip the chair and tighten the bottom screws, then return to the back and tighten them up. Done!I did have one chair where the back 4 screw holes are so far off, the chair will need to be returned. Other reviewers seem to mention this as a problem. I had 1 in 7 like that.edit: it appears the pictures didnt upload...sorry about that
