Nice for the price
I test this bu dropping 150 lbs off of our deck. It works as intended and did not allow a fall of more than a few inches. Works slick reels in and out. It does rust if left outside.

Basic inexpensive retractable
Using this cheaper retractable on a diy elevator I built for the garage loft.When fully extended vertically with just the weight of its cable and latch it does not alway retract on it's own without taking the weight of the latch off the cable.Hopefully I will not need to test if it will work as advertised.

The media could not be loaded. the product worked very well, it is installed in an elevator and the main cable was broken. Stopped immediately avoiding an accident. it is very effective

Works perfect for DIY rock wall
The media could not be loaded. Fall brake engages quick and feels very safe. Great for the kids confidents just waiting on a seperate harness to come in.

Catches Too Quick
The safety mechanism catches too quick to actually use it productively. Every time I took a step it would catch and stop me in my tracks.
