It can be washed bit cannot be dried with high heat.

Q: Hello! Has anyone used this for shoulder seams? I think this what the pattern is calling for. I’d like to learn t see knits. 😕

I have used this very successfully to add support to a waistline in a knit dress. This is strong, but fairly lightweight and soft. Not scratchy at all and helps support dress structure. I would think this would also be successful using it to stabilize a shoulder seam in a knit garment. I would imagine the pattern suggested this use as the elastic would move and stretch with the garment as needed, yet provide stability and prevent over-stretching of fabric, help with stretch recovery. Good luck with your project.
