While scouring reviews, I found that this is not the correct kit for my Kenmore Model 110 washer, however, it does work perfectly if the original cam is not damaged. (The cam is the largest part in this kit). The Model 110 has a taller cam, which is still in perfect condition in my washer, so all of the rest of the components in this kit can be used with the old cam. This kit is almost a third of the price of the kit with the taller cam.Grease is required between the thrust washer and the cam. Apply to both surfaces. I used a thin, slippery silicone grease that's safe for rubber and plastic. Do not use thick, sticky/tacky grease (I found out the hard way, that the ratchet action will not work correctly). Also, do not use grease between the cam and cam dogs. Use a heavy-duty silicone spray instead. If the cam dogs get sticky, the ratchet action will also fail. Finally, I used silicone grease on the large o-ring to ease installation and improve the seal.

Main housing piece is only 2-3" long i had to use my old cause it was longerIt worked cant complain, however it's important to note that the largest piece in this set in the upper left hand corner. Is only about 2.5" tall. My washing machine one needed one closer to 5 or 6. Thankfully then old was in tact and the other components were universal

I recommend buying this super cheap, versatile and functional kit before moving into an apartment with an agitator washing machine. My new apartment with "upgraded" appliances (Avana 164 in Washington) has the most disgusting, abused and completely unmaintained washers and dryers. After several rude and unhelpful interactions with maintenance I've been making my own repairs. When I took apart the agitator all of the dogs were disgusting and worn down to nubs. This kit was easy to install and while I was at it I deep cleaned the washing machine. Now my washing machine is gleaming clean and fully functional. Too bad apartment maintenence can't buy these for cheap and install them but you can do it yourself for little stress

Was able to salvage very old washer that was no longer agitating. Didn't look to sturdy but is actually holding up rather well.

The media could not be loaded. The video shows after cleaning up and installing this agitator repair kit. Everything fit perfectly, it was quick and easy to install, and the instructions were almost complete enough to follow. The instructions could've definitely been more clear, and the plastic was thin and flimsy.. but thankfully it fixed my issues! I'm not super confident in the longevity of this repair considering how thin the plastic is, the rubber seal is slightly too small so it barely seals, and I wish it came with a replacement bolt as I had to spend quite a bit of time cleaning off the old one. All in all though I would still reccomend this 100% over replacing a fully functional washing machine.

The description says medium and that isnt qualified so i could not tell. That means the length/depth of the cam housing. Mine was long and i could not find the actual part number. I actually needed 285748. Could not reuse mine because the black "bearing" that holds dogs is too narrow so have to return this.
