Products, very happy with it Nelson Bility was wonderful, Value for money it wasn’t overly white yeah, cocoa butter level was really nice. Labor was delicious I love white chocolate it’s my passion. I would recommend this so highly it made such a wonderful white chocolate buttercream.

I had to try it twice, because I messed up. It's not the chocolate's fault.This is real chocolate and as such, you have to read up on how to handle it. You might have to try it a couple of times before you get it right if you're trying to mold it, or anything else that requires tempering. Use the temperatures for white chocolate, not milk or dark. It matters.The main complaint I'm finding about this product is that it doesn't set right. There are a few reasons one might say this. The first is that, as noted, it is real chocolate. Invariably, negative reviewers name some other brand of 'chocolate' that works better for them. Find one and look up an ingredient list for it. We largely get away with calling things whatever we want in the US, but those other things aren't chocolate. They may contain a few of the same ingredients, but if you buy them don't fool yourself - they're not the same.The second complaint lobbied against these generally goes something along the lines of, 'my usual method doesn't work,' and then they talk about how they toss them in the microwave. The microwave. You may be able to get away with nuking these and get lucky, but I wouldn't because they're not made for that.Here's why it matters - key ingredients have been substituted in other (not all - read the ingredients) 'chocolate melts' to make them easier to work with and forgiving of mistakes. Not everyone has the skill or patience to temper chocolate, and that's fine. I had to try a couple of times to get it right.People may complain these are a pain in the butt. They can be. They might say they didn't set. Ok. These are user issues, not product issues. Substitutions change the product. Not-chocolate doesn't have the same flavor or mouthfeel. If you want real chocolate, not what you've been told is chocolate, buy this stuff. If you are willing to put in the effort and read about what you're doing, then this is a great product. If you want something you can throw in the microwave, look elsewhere. The internet has tons of resources for anyone interested in using this. The company who makes the chocolate has a series of videos on it. As with most good things, it takes time and effort - there are no shortcuts.

As title stated, these are some of the best white chocolate chips I have found that are accessible to a regular consumer. I have bought these time and time again and the quality is always consistent.

(Update about purchase of the item with Cambie) I've contacted the seller, as previous item came with some damage as was packed together with other items bought from Amazon. The seller was very fast in their response and to send a new product. It came very well packed. The chocolate is really good, good quality and tasty.

These are great to use for baking. I bought them to use while making our Christmas cookies and they worked out wonderfully

I use these in my homemade banana nut bread. Gives it a slightly sweeter flavor. These are perfect. Also love that package is resealable.

There's so much palm oil out there nowadays that it's difficult to find real white chocolate chips. These are the real deal, good for baking and important to put on an inaccessible top shelf to prevent snacking. :)
