I can’t believe how much I love this mattress! I had an old spring one that broke and honestly, it was way more expensive, but nothing compared to the comfort of this gel memory foam mattress. From the first night, I could feel the difference. It’s supportive yet soft in all the right ways. It keeps me cool throughout the night, and I finally wake up feeling rested and pain-free. I also spend a lot of time in bed watching movies, and this mattress makes it feel like I’m in a cozy theater. Great mattress for an unbeatable price! My husband and I both have back problems and this has really helped improve our pain. I'd say this is more on the firm side, the size is definitely a true queen and queen fitted sheets fit perfectly on it, not waterproof! Both of our sleep quality has improved drastically especially with no annoying springs digging into our backs that other mattresses have. The memory foam bounces right back but sinks you into it just enough where it isn't a struggle to get out of bed. We let the mattress puff up for a full 48 hours before putting it on just to make sure it really was at full expansion (I believe it recommends 72 hours however it was fine after 48).

I’m really happy with my FDW 8 inch Twin Gel Memory Foam Mattress. The medium firm feel provides excellent pressure relief without being too soft or too hard. The gel-infused memory foam helps keep me cool throughout the night, which is a huge plus compared to traditional memory foam mattresses that can trap heat. Setup was easy since it came in a box, and it expanded quickly to full size. It’s also CertiPUR-US certified, so I feel confident about the quality and safety. Overall, it’s been great for improving my sleep comfort and support!

If you’re used to beds that aren’t memory foam, it might feel a lot more firm compared to other beds. It can be spongy once you lie down for a minute because it will sink to fit your body, but definitely not a bouncy bed. Still comfortable if a harder bed is your preference. Regarding heat retention- it does seem to hold lots of heat.

Very comfortable mattress. I usually have a much thicker mattress but thought I would give this one a chance due to price and posted reviews. The 8" is comfortable and my hip pain is gone. I didnt realize my last hybrid mattress was causing issues until I started using this one. Foams holds shape to your body well but bounces back fairly quickly. Would recommend to others, if asked. It is priced well and is just the right about of firm and soft.

This mattress is comfortable and supportive. All foam mattress. We used it without a box spring and it works just fine. It’s not too hard but not so soft it’s saggy either.id even say it’s more comfortable than my expensive Tempur-Pedic. Overall it’s a good value for your money. I would definitely recommend!

This mattress was more than what I expected. I did not believe that it would actually get up to 14 inches. It did. It’s a little bit more firm than I normally like, but it hugs your body and comfort definitely worth the money.

This is a firm mattress. The is well made and mine did expand to the full 10 inches. However, as 74-year-ol cougar this mattress has no give to it. It will not help with relief on pressure points for your back or hips. For someone younger it will and work.
