Great safety knife. Adjustable and durable.
Easy to hold easy to trigger strong, durable casing, not made of plastic. Comfortable in your hand and easy blade retractability. Open up and cheap for quality this thing.

Helps prevent hand fatigue
This cutter is great for opening or breaking down a lot of boxes, as well as cutting mat boards and other paper materials. A gentle squeeze allows the blade to protrude. Stop squeezing and the blade retracts. Wonderful protection for safety hazards. The button to change the length of blade protruding is not easy to move, but, I’m fine with that. I know it will not accidentally change. I read that there was a problem when changing the blade, so that was the first thing I tried. If it was too difficult, I planned to return it. It was not easy, but, I was afraid of cutting myself. I took my time and successfully changed the blade without any injuries. Because the sharp blade can be locked inside the handle and the button to expose the blade is not easy to adjust; little children cannot squeeze the knife and cause injury or damage. Of course, adults should do their part in locking and keeping it out of reach. Having had multiple surgeries on my shoulder, elbow, and wrist; using this box cutter prevented muscle pain and fatigue I usually get. The ergonomic shape definitely helped. The blade ends are rounded not pointed. The cutter is light weight and has a hole large enough for hanging on a hook or peg.

Great But Fragile
This utility knife is great. It helps a lot with stocking in my workplace. Their are two pretty major concerns you need to be aware of however.1. The knife itself is high quality, HOWEVER the slider mechanism is fragile! I have broken two of these sliders by accidently dropping it from waist height. It could use a metal slider so this doesn't happen, as when it breaks it's so flimsy it's useless.2. The blades are NOT STANDARD! Don't grab any old blade set. If you look closely you will see that the blades this knife uses are the standard ones but ROUNDED at the ends. This means that a standard blade will not fit right. This could be what led to it breaking from droppage. Look for the blades that have a slightly rounded edges. (the left/right access of the blades are rounded instead of a straight edge) I'll link some here. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B091L6MH9Y/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A1OCMVYYR4FKX5&psc=1In all practicality this is a GREAT product that needs a tiny change to a weak point in an otherwise great product. Worth a buy over the standard flimsy white thin blades you get for free when you work these jobs.. Just be careful not to drop it on the plastic slider as that is a weakness in the design.

Good. But, is "a dull knife is more dangerous than a sharp knife?" (Idiom)
This item purchased for work as a recommendation of an external safety audit... These safety razors do their job well and it is easy to use, ergonomic, has lasted, and so forth. Hence the 5-star review. That being said, for those who intend to purchase this safety razor for frequent use and not because some safety and/or management person unfamiliar/inexperienced with sharp tools recommended this - please consider the idiom in the title. While this safety razor is similarly easy it use, it certainly does not make using it easier or simpler (~= not safer?) and can be inconvenient. For example, the rounded tips included with the safety razor are more difficult to work with as they do not cut/puncture as well as pointed razors. Thusly, they are more difficult to work with and arguably unsafer.

Quality is Not what it used to be,
I have purchased one of these about 2 years ago and I decided to buy a spare one to keep in my work locker just in case, the just in case came and for my own surprise I was trying to change the blade for the craftsman brand since I use those with the same blade and for my surprise they didn’t fit! I couldn’t return it just because I threw the box away. Is not what it used to be. Best blade I ever own but the newer version really does not work.

Awesome
I love the Box cutter because I can choose the size of the blade to come out when I need it and once I'm done opening a box that I can lock it so that I can't get hurt.
