Q: Can these sync with the remote that comes with the water cooler?

It can sync with the remote if it is connected to the splitter of the water cooler.

Q: Are the single case pink and white fan 3pin 5v or 4pin 12v? I see both listed on the page.

It has two cables, one is 4 pin connector for speed control and the other is 3 pin connector for addressable rgb light control.

Q: I love the fans for their look in my system so far, but my mobo doesn't have 3pin argb header. Need a budget converter Looking $30 or less, ideally?
